Elders reminiscence series

Celebrating Ghana's 50th year of independence (March-August 2007) the Black Cultural Archives (BCA) and Royal Geographical Society (RGS) are collaborating on 'Crossing Continents and Time: Ghana Jubilee Reflectoins'.

As part of the season, Nana Ocran is undertaking a series of interviews with London-based Ghanaian elders to document their memories from 1957 when Ghana first gained its independence. These interviews will be preserved as a sound archive.
